Shine this Spring! ✨

Led by Anna & Sonya, these workshops are designed to help women and femme-identifying folks define and amplify their value in professional settings and beyond. 

Each 2-hour workshop incorporates group and individual exercises drawing on our experience in writing, storytelling, improvisation, and professional development. As a participant, you will receive dedicated time to reflect, refocus your intentions, and connect with other women. 

🌸 Share Your Shine: Tell and Own Your Story. Reflect on your values and practice putting your unique story into the world. April 13 - 6-8pm COMPLETED

🌻 Protect Your Shine: Say No and Set Boundaries. Become a pro at saying no and advocating for yourself to protect your time, energy, and what matters most to you. April 27 - 6-8pm

🌷 Bloom and Shine: Negotiate with Confidence. Learn strategies for identifying and asking for what you want (and getting it). May 18 - 6-8pm

What to expect:

• written prompts and exercises

• mini lessons on specific techniques and structure from Anna and Sonya

• interactive group activities

• tea, sparkling water, and light snacks

Cost: $60 for remaining two sessions or $35/workshop individually
